Love comes First, an evening with Jenna and Barbara:
The Bush sisters share heartwarming stories that began in Midland and crisscross the world.
The Literacy Coalition of the Permian Basin is proud to announce that Jenna Bush Hager and Barbara Pierce Bush will be visiting Midland, Texas on November 2, 2023, to speak at the Literacy Conversations: A Night with Jenna Bush Hager and Barbara Pierce Bush benefiting the Laura W. Bush Institute for Women's Health and the Literacy Coalition of the Permian Basin.
The Bush sisters will discuss the power of literacy and why they chose to write a children's book, Love Comes First. This event will celebrate the importance of literacy and its impact on the community.
The Laura W. Bush Institute for Women’s Health at TTUHSC is active in the Permian Basin promoting mental and physical health, education, and safety to improve the lives of women and families.
