Kristi Leeper is a proud West Texas native hailing from San Angelo, who has made Midland her home for over 20 years. With 21-year career in education, she has served both as a teacher and an administrator, shaping both students and educators. Kristi's passion for history led her to focus on teaching US History and AP US History, and she even contributed her expertise as a grader for the College Board. Her dedication to education extended to her service on the Texas Educator Advisory Committee for US History.

Currently, Kristi brings her wealth of experience to Diamondback Energy's Corporate Affairs team. She also serves on the State Bar of Texas Grievance Committee.

Kristi holds a BA in History from the University of Texas Permian Basin and an M. Ed in Teacher Leadership from Lamar University. In her downtime, she loves to spend time in the kitchen and plan her next travel adventure.
