Wade brings over 30 years of financial services management experience to the LCPB board of directors. He joined the Abell-Hanger Foundation in 2016 and now serves as Chief Financial Officer, applying deep financial expertise to support the Foundation's philanthropic mission across West Texas.

Wade holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech University and a Master's in Banking from the Southwest Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor and has completed the Nonprofit Executive Leadership Certification program.
